Jalasayanan Chellappa has about two decades of experience in organizational strategy, human resource policy designing, talent acquisition, training, performance appraisal and general administration. As General Manager, his focus area is to oversee and strengthen the Human Resource Practices with additional responsibilities to mentor the HHIDS field teams. He is a lawyer with a background in human resource and administration specializing in hands-on experience in talent acquisition and retention, conflict resolution, and change management. His expertise includes HR strategic planning in order to align people with the organisation’s business plans and goals. He also holds a PGDCA and Green Belt in Six Sigma Implementation.
