C. Jalasayanan
General Manager - HR
Jalasayanan Chellappa has about two decades of experience in organizational strategy, human resource policy designing, talent acquisition, training, performance appraisal and general administration. As General Manager, his focus area is to oversee and strengthen the Human Resource Practices with additional responsibilities to mentor the HHIDS field teams. He is a lawyer with a background in human resource and administration specializing in hands-on experience in talent acquisition and retention, conflict resolution, and change management. His expertise includes HR strategic planning in order to align people with the organisation’s business plans and goals. He also holds a PGDCA and Green Belt in Six Sigma Implementation.

General Manager
Ravikumar, with his double Masters in Environmental Biotechnology and Human Resources, is also a certified Lead Auditor in Environment Management System – EMS ISO 14001:2004. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and a Diploma in Petroleum Refinery and also has proven expertise in integrated waste management technologies, MIS, Monitoring and Evaluation and Event Management. With 13 years’ experience in Municipal Solid Waste Management and Sustainable Community Development, Ravikumar’s brilliance lies in his technical innovativeness, efficient management skills and managing power dynamics when interacting at field level with stakeholders.
