CSR Partners
ITC
ITC recognizes that business enterprises are integral components of society and rely on societal resources. Guided by this understanding, ITC believes that a company’s performance should be evaluated based on its Triple Bottom Line contribution: building economic, social, and environmental capital to advance societal sustainability.
A cornerstone of ITC’s approach is the creation of highly collaborative multi-stakeholder partnerships. In most of its initiatives, ITC works closely with NGOs and target communities. NGOs act as Project Implementation Agencies, engaging directly and extensively with the communities, who retain the final decision-making authority ensuring that interventions are tailored to their actual needs and have a greater likelihood of long-term success.
Further, ITC engages a wide network of partners including academic institutions, technical service providers, and financial institutions from both the public and private sectors to ensure access to the most appropriate expertise. State and central governments are also regarded as key stakeholders, playing a critical role in scaling ITC’s CSR programmes through effective public-private partnerships.
Since 2024, ITC has been an associated partner of Hand in Hand Inclusive Development and Services, collaborating through a flexible partnership with clearly defined project targets and well-structured financial frameworks.
