ACC Limited (formerly Associated Cements Companies Limited), one of the leading companies in the Indian cement and concrete industry, operates one of its factories in Jamul. Along with the Nagar PalikaParishad-Jamul, ACC Limited (ACC Trust), under its CSR wing, has established a tripartite agreement with HHIDS to implement the SWM project in the Municipality. The SWM project has been launched in Jamul Municipality on August 2018 and work is under way to implement HHIDS’ ‘Recycle for Life’ model in the Municipality.
